Fun fact about Jerusalem artichoke: It's neither from Jerusalem, nor an artichoke🤣 It's also known as sunchokes, sunroots, earth apples, wild sunflowers, or topinambour. I guess it's like jicama texture when eaten raw and like potatoes when cooked. And the flowers are just like sunflowers! Have you tried growing Jerusalem artichokes??
